You may need to update your system or add a flash drive to get the videos. However, there were some exercise videos I could not get. Also if the food isn't there or you just don't see, you need to add it. Hope you can get it to work!
Lets see if this helps.. 1-In the search for food by name area type in what you are looking for then hit search. 2-Scroll thru the items listed until you find the one you want then double click on it with your mouse 3-Then go down to where it says how much? type in the # and you can also select the size of the serving here if there are options. 4-Select which meal or snack you are adding it to 5-then click on add food to today. You can also check the box to add it to your favorites if it is something you eat all the time. 6-keep adding the foods you need to, then click close. This should populate all the foods you keyed into your tracker. Hope this helps !!
When I want to add an item (rye bread) nothing comes up where I can put it in. I've watched the video and the box that is supposed to come up never does. I've joined the site a week ago and I'm getting discouraged that it's not working for me. Thanks.
