I thought I was on on the right track, but apparently I tripped and stumbled off the track. I am back on my game, but I need someone to support and push me. I don't think I can keep this up without having someone to answer to. I know I am doing this for myself, but I can easily (and do) justify my bad actions to myself.
Does anyone live or work in the Towson or Park Heights area? Maybe we can hook up for lunch to walk or during the weekend. I am also a member of LA Fitness.
