Well, the best I can figure is I am taking the WiiSports Tennis (actually came with the Wii YAY) and playing both parts of my side, instead of getting a partner. Then I choose best of 5 games.
Then I play tennis as if I were on a court. I don't care if I win, and I usually don't, but I work it hard.
Whenever they are showing a recap I walk in place and keep hitting the A button like a spastic monkey to get it to go away. Not sure if that helps, but it makes me feel better.
I play 2 sets of games like that, then move my tired arse to Boxing and play that like I am on a trampoline and have no boxing strategy whatsoever. Flinging my arms and jumping around. I am sooo glad no one can see me. About 3 games of that and you have yourself 30 minutes of working out.
I check the mail in Wii to make sure it says at least 32 minutes in the game, to make up for starting times, etc.
Then here, I count it as tennis. It may not be accurate, but there is no wii sports category, and its pretty close with the running and swinging.

Hi JerseyPrincess! I just joined the team. I recently was diagnosed with achilles bursitis and have not been able to take my long evening walks. I had not thought of hooking up and the Wii and just having some fun while moving my body!!

HI everyone... I am new to this team. Me and my boyfriend have a wii and he plays more than I do. I never really thought of using it as a way to get my exercise in. What games do you play? How do you count the calories? I am so excited and I am sure my boyfriend will be to!
