I know it's not swimming but on Wii Resort the cycle you are moving your arms up and down almost like a dog paddle.

Exerbeat has swimming on it. It uses all arms but is a pretty good workout. You can find it on Amazon for a pretty reasonable price.

Hi everyone! I'm Kelly from Florida

Just started using my Wii and I'm very excited about it...what a fun way to add extra exercise to my day!!! Like I said, I am fairly new at this and I'm wondering if someone can tell me if there is any Wii program out there that includes a "swimming" simulated type of exercise? I hope that isn't a totally stupid question!!! So far we have Wii Resort, Wii Sports & Wii Zumba 2.

Look forward to participating in the next challenge and other interactions with the team!
