I just got back on SparkPeople. Some of my goals include tracking food, water, fruits/veg, and exercise on here. I'm also reading several books including my Bible to help motivate me to live the best life I can. I'm also trying to be more active on the message boards and teams, because that support can make all the difference. I've broken down my weight loss goal into 5 lb. increments so the task doesn't seem so overwhelming. So far it's working.

I will be going to a pool party at the end of the month. My goal for the month will be to not feel shy about putting on my bathing suit. My overall weakness is night time snacking. My way to overcome it is not to buy snacks.
My first goal for this month is to slowly build up my exercise minutes and strength training intensity. I've let myself get a bit out of shape and it's time to get back to where I was several months ago. I would also like to lose five pounds this month, but mostly I just want to be able to stay on my eating plan.

What are your goals for July? How is your exercise changing now that summer is here and you can get outside more? What are your summer weaknesses and what are you going to do to overcome them? What do you find you are stronger at in the summer?
