I need to do more strength training. I guess, I'm looking to gain weight. Add muscle. Plus I need to rebuild lost strength in my back and left leg. Wii can do it!

My goal is to start working out on a regular basis and tracking my food intake again. I am aiming to lose 3# this month I'd like more but if I can get 3 I'll be excited. I need the accountibilty and hoping to get back online here atleast at night to post what I've done. I had a baby boy 4 months ago and now I am ready to get a new body. I need to lose a total of 17# to get back to preprego weight and then another 20# to get my goal weight. I can do this!!!

I'm working on getting back into my fitness routines. I have been totally faithful to doing a Body Test every morning... haven't missed a single day since January 1, 2012. If I can do that, I CAN do 5 minutes of Wii every morning, too. What is 5 minutes!?!
I have tracked my food every day, too. I am not gaining, but inertia has set in. Time to get moving again!I cannot let "life" get in my way of becoming healthier!

I'm planning to get back into my fitness routine. Kind of fell out of it lately. Also I'm 2 pounds above my goal weight, so just need to be moderate in my eating. we're taking the entire family( 19 in all) to WDW in Nov. and I need to get my endurance back. Lots of walking and standing involved. Pam

My birthday is in September, and I am PLANNING on losing 20 lbs by then. So I will exercise, exercise, exercise and try NOT to do stupid eating.

My goal is to start working out on a regular basis again. I've already moved my elliptical back out into the living room. I use it more when I can watch something on the t.v. I also really need to do more strength training.
Plus now that it's getting nice the veggie stands are starting to open again. I want to start visiting them more. I've been doing good on my eating I need to keep that up, however I'm been slacking on logging in my food. I need to log in everything I eat and stop. I also need to stop skipping breakfast.
