I'm working on getting back into my fitness routines. I have been totally faithful to doing a Body Test every morning... haven't missed a single day since January 1, 2012. If I can do that, I CAN do 5 minutes of Wii every morning, too. What is 5 minutes!?!
I have tracked my food every day, too. I am not gaining, but inertia has set in. Time to get moving again!I cannot let "life" get in my way of becoming healthier!
