I want to exercise everyday. I've not missed a Wii Fit Body test but 6 times since January 1, 2012. My goal is to not miss a single day in April.
I want to at least get my Wii 10 minutes every day in April. My Fibro is in big flare, but I can and WILL do something!
My weight goal is to be below 195 by May 1st.
I think the important thing is to not give up if you don't do as well as you plan at the beginning.
