I've had an idea emoticon (a miracle! LOL!) that may help me keep up with what I am doing on my Wii. This month's challenge has finally been understood... emoticon
I am going to put a clock in my exercise room, and I am going to create a "logbook" that I can record everything I do each day. A central place to be able to track my progress. Today was my 100th day using the Wii consistantly! emoticon

Haven't done the body test for several days and today was not good day.. need to buckle down and accomplish something instead of making excuses.

To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person that you are. Be true to yourself and enjoy life.

We had no power this morning, after some rough storms last night.
I did not give up! When I came home tonight, I did a Body Test( Wow! Weighing at night makes a BIG difference!) and played for 15 minutes. Too tired for more...
I will be interested to see what I weigh when I do my BT a 5am tomorrow...

I want to exercise everyday. I've not missed a Wii Fit Body test but 6 times since January 1, 2012. My goal is to not miss a single day in April.
I want to at least get my Wii 10 minutes every day in April. My Fibro is in big flare, but I can and WILL do something!
My weight goal is to be below 195 by May 1st.
I think the important thing is to not give up if you don't do as well as you plan at the beginning.
Start anew each day. Take your time and know that the smallest effort WILL pay off eventually! The numbers on the scale are not the most important thing...

I had gotten really relaxed and away from my exercises but know that I need to get back. Even if I don't lose weight, exercising helps me feel better, more energy, better sleep.

All things are possible if you only believe, even losing 15 pounds
