Hello Wii ones! Looking forward to exercising and sharing with you. Have had my Wii for just a few months and am currently just using the Wii sports, but am hoping to expand my horizons. I have knee and joint problems including arthritis which I am hoping will improve as I lose weight. Love my Wii! Currently limited as to what I am able to do and do most of my exercising seated, but boxing, tennis, baseball, bowling and determining my fitness age are all part of my daily regimen, along with two days of water aerobics. Looking for guidance, suggestions and recommendations on other Wii programs I would find beneficial, and of course, fun!
