Hi my name is Violet and I have the wii fit plus and I have been doing the step aerobic in 10 minutes increments daily. Love it. I also do a lot of the balance exercises for fun.

Hi my name is Cheri and I have the wii fit plus and love it. Except of course during my pregnancy when it kept saying I was obeseemoticon. I have been using it on and off for years since we got it but would like to make it more a habit now that I am trying to lose weight so that I may become pregnant again.

Hello! I have the Wii Fit plus and a few other games but I don't use it every day. I would like to get into the habit of daily use but I would actually have to make time to figure out a little more about it. Hoping this team will offer a lot of information and encourage me to use it more often.

Hi all! I am currently using the origional wii fit and really not super excited about it lol. I think that as a reward for using it consistantly for 2 weeks I will be getting another wii or xbox fitness game. I loved going through your list of favorites for the wii :)

Hey hey! I knew I'd find a wii team! I started incorporating the wii with my weekly routine and I love it. Burned 115 cals today, I only do 30 mins. Im from cincinnati, oh. Got 2 kids. Nice to see everyone!

The Wii Sport disc that comes with the Wii. It has baseball, golf, bowling, boxing, and tennis.

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to Wii. I recently bought the EA Sports Active 2 and want to use it to supplement a couple times a week on those days I can't make it to the gym to spin or else ride my bike. I haven't done a whole workout yet but plan to start doing so today.
