Motivation is very hard for me. I want to do it, I plan on doing it and when it comes time to Just to tired. I work and go to school. My hours rotate weekly so it's hard to plan a regular time everyday. I need to watch what I eat and exercise. I am the only one from my family who has pre-diabetes. I also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

I started Sept trying to get in 10 -15 minutes of wii .. i ended doing 60 minutes a day .... I am keeping Oct 60- 90 minutes a day and i added in fruit ninja on the xbox also

I did not accomplish much in the way of positive momentum last month! A lot of great intentions! My strengths are that I love to exercise with my Wii and take the dogs for a walk and did OK with that this past month. Food and bingeing and not tracking everyday was a huge weakness for me! This month I am going to focus on getting on Sparkpeople every day and journaling my food!

I did not accomplish much last month but now new month and excuses aside it is time to step up and do the right stuff.. I am one of those people that go out and buy the latest things and ashamed to say have all sorts of wii dvds to use. I just got that walk it out one I want to use today and then figure out a plan of which ones for which day. I have wiif fit, fit plus,sports, sports resort and biggest loser etc- you get the idea. It is not bragging it is just dumb I have so many so have to get my head on straight and figure which ones to use. So that will be my task today to get organized and plan when to use what.

I dealt with a bunch of emotional things last month. This month it is time to get back on track with fitness and nutrition!! My goal is to lose 7lbs this month.

my accomplishment last month was to buy me a WiiFit ..... WOO HOO!!! but even better I renewed my commitment to lose the excess poundage. I cant say I have worked at it every day BUT I certainly have had it in my mind enough to be aware of when I was doing wrong. (not along ago I was eating to fill a bottomless pit with no regard to the consequences)
