The kids start school on Tuesday, I am hosting a fundraiser on 9/17, my anniversary is today, we are celebrating it on Saturday. Tons of things are going on and life is always changing. I have 2 weeks to get enrolled in college and to get my schedule straight before I start volunteering at the school. I will be taking life one day at a time and try my best to complete my list for that day so that I can stay on track.
Exercise Program for the fall - the kids and I have decided that I will do the following:
1 - 30 mins of wii/day (started out with just Tennis, but this week I've added boxing)
2 - strength training 3X/week
3 - Saturday is the 100 workout challenge
4 - Sunday is 5K/Candy day (there is a store uptown that sells hard candy sticks for $0.25 - if the kids do the 5k with me, they get candy)
5 - Walk-away-the-pounds - try for 5x/week (trying to complete 20 miles every 10 days)
6 - Complete the 100 miles in 100 days challenge that they started at my work on 8/29
(My kids are my personal trainers.....it is going to be hard to keep my motivation going without them here to encourage me to get up and move!!)
My biggest weakness is trying to do too much and setting unrealistic goals.
I am hoping to try a couple of new workouts on the Wii this month. I have to lose 3.6 more pounds to earn the "Your Shape" and 8.6 more pounds to earn "Just Dance Summer Party".
Right now, I bounce between Wii Sport, Kathy Smith videos, belly dancing videos, and Walk-away-the-pounds.
