Hi!! I just discovered this group and sooo glad I did. I live at the top of a very steep hill, and I don't want to walk..cause when I go down, I have to get back up, so I plan on using my wii games and wii fit. I love to dance and did classical ballet, tap, and jazz all my childhood and teen years and have been in tap classes as recently as 3 years ago. The only reason I'm not now is MONEY LOL LOL I love just dance 1 and 2 and have bought the wii fit dance academy, plus I have the biggest loser, wii fit active and hope to soon get the michael jackson experience

Hi, I love using my Wii to exercise. I use WiiFit Plus, and all of the Just Dance games. I have Zumba and a couple other Wii exercise games, but my favorite are the Just Dance games. I will have to look into the Exerbeat, as this is the first I've heard of that one :)

I too got a WiiFit for Christmas 2010 and used it the first week after then probably once a week for the first 6 months of the year. Then in June I had a wicked medical scare and it just struck me "I can not live like this anymore" I started with the WiiFit Plus and just recently got ExerBeat. I was a dancer before I gained all my weight and have really enjoyed this one. I like having the rhythm and you burn quite a few more calories than the other.
I am excited to be doing this and grateful to have so much support on this site!

I have a Wii Fit that I received for Christmas (2 Christmases ago) and it has been gathering dust in the corner of my room for over a year. Since we have had over 55+ days at or over 100 degrees in the great state of Texas, I needed to find a way to get my cardio done indoors. I think my Wii will do the trick.
I've got some great ideas from this Team's posts already so I'll be heading to the store to pick up a few new games.

My name is Kristi. I recently joined SparkPeople. I own a wiifit and a xbox kinect. I notice myself playing wiifit more though lol. I am a big gamer, so I am hoping I can stay motivated playing games and improving my health :)

Hi, My Mii name is WeWii and I'm addicted to Exerbeat. I've been a sparkperson for almost a year now, mostly focused on diet and general exercise. The only Wii exercise game I liked until Exerbeat was Gold's Gym Cardio, and that only so-so. Exerbeat is so much fun it's all I want to do now for exercise. Hope I don't get sick of it!

I have already completed a 30-Day Challenge on EA Sports Active. I will be starting the 6-Week Challenge on EA Sports Active More Workouts next week. After that, I plan to move up to EA Sports Active 2. Has anyone had success with using the leg band from EASA 2 to hold the nunchuck in order to do EASA and EASA-MW exercises? I hate the leg band from the first game, so I'm hoping using the leg band from the second game will work.
I have heard so many positive reviews here and on YouTube of Walk It Out and My Fitness Coach, so I have also ordered those. WIO should arrive this afternoon. Can't wait to try it out..
Hi , I just joined Wii exercise team. I received my Wii last Christmas. I used it constantly for the first month and then injured my knee so it's been collecting dust since. My knee is ( mostly ) healed so I'm ready to get back to it and hopefully when the weather cools I'll have anchored it firmly in my daily routine.
