my July goals (now that July is almost over) are:
*get back in the habit of exercising every day
*cut down on alcohol consumption
*eat more fresh vegetables daily
I'd like to lose 4 pounds this month.
Trying to make through physical therapy and occupational therapy and get back on track with my exercising.
I have diabetes, diabetes does not have me!
A day without humor is not worth living.
I THINK this will be a good day, therefore it WILL be a good day!
Hi! My goals are not very lofty! LOL
I have quit doing everything right and doing alot wrong!
I have started back, making a conscious effort to drink my water and to exercise a little (15 min) 5 of 7 days!
Not alot, but trying to reboot!
