Trying to make through physical therapy and occupational therapy and get back on track with my exercising.
I have diabetes, diabetes does not have me!
A day without humor is not worth living.

Hi! My goals are not very lofty! LOL I have quit doing everything right and doing alot wrong! I have started back, making a conscious effort to drink my water and to exercise a little (15 min) 5 of 7 days! Not alot, but trying to reboot!
