Hi, i love my wii and enjoy excersining on it since i can do it in the privacy of my home and don't have to go to a gym. Id love to know about some more excerisice games that people are seeing results from
Hi! My Wii is my main exercise routine. I travel fulltime with my husband, a mix of RVing, camping and hotels. I've dedicated a bag for the hotels that carries my Wii and balance board so I can still exercise despite weather and unfamiliar locations. I'm excited to find other adults using their Wii for fitness.

Hi! I'm new to the team, though not to SparkPeople. This is my third (or is it fourth) start on the site. 8(
We recently bought a house, and finally have room near a TV to set up a Wii. My mother has lent us hers for the time being since she hasn't been using it, and I hope to get our own in the next few weeks.
I've been using Wii Fit Plus at least 4 times a week for the last three weeks, and find I really miss it when I don't. We also got a DDR, supposedly for my elder daughter, but I use it a lot. Even on the days when I don't get to play, I'm using the weigh in/body test feature of Fit Plus every morning before breakfast, and I find it motiviational to see trend lines. I've lost almost two pounds so far - only 50 and a bit to go.

Hi there, my name is Fran and I am new to this team. i just set up my wii and balance board (I moved in a new house with more space) after over 9 months of not using them and I'm enthusiast!!!! My weight loss goal is around 20 lbs and I just started, so please help me out!
Just to be honest, Wii is my main source of workout. I don't have any workout buddy so I need something to accompany me and that's why I choose Wii. I'm 19 (almost 20) and I spend most of my days in the University or in front of the computer (doing tasks, browsing, or just having fun). I like to see what Wii games people are playing..! I'm loving Wii Sport Resort, Walk It Out, EA More Workouts, and Gold Gym's Cardio Workout for the moment. :) Sometimes I lose motivations and feel bored (or just plain lazy to move my body), but that's why I join here. :) Nice to meet all of you!
Just discovered this team and it looked interesting. I get most of my fitness minutes from classes but I did just purchase the Just Dance games and know for a fact they are a wonderful form of cardio should I ever need an extra session.

Hi Everyone.... Just wanted to say I love my Wii fit plus. Best present my hubby has given me, don't worry I asked for it... lol I mainly do free step for 2-3 30 min sessions. Depends if I have walked or not how many sessions I do. I also use my dumbbells to workout my upper body at the same time. Along with a few other exercises. I have seen a lot of other exercise ideas posted here which is awesome. Cause nothing deflates my bubble faster than getting bored. Don't think that will be a problem here. Thanks for all the wonderful ideas and motivation. I look forward to hearing how everyone else is doing. Keep up the great work.... Take care, Denise

I found this group and thought I'd join I have a Wii fit plus and the new u Yoga & pilates work out ( which is fantastic btw) I just purchased it, found Wii fit plus was getting a bit boring, and trying to prevent a platue from accuring. I do my strength training and flexibility on the Wii and bike ride for cardio

Just came across this team and sounded interesting. I have a wii and go in spurts using it. I seem to have trouble staying focused to continuing. I have not exercised in a while and need to get back too it. I need to lose about 50 lbs and know with exercise I can get there.
I am from the NYC area. I have been watching what I eat and working out using JM Ultimatium 2010 for about a month and I also have Wii Fit. What really got me moving is when I finally saw the scale move down below 150 lbs. I work full time and have 2 children.
Just found you folks. May name is Vicki I live in Western New York. (YUP buffalo area) I am at this point working on rehab for a severed achilles tendon so using some of the low impact Wii games seems to be a good thing. Will be looking around the site a little more next week (leaving for vaca today)

My name is Alexis and I live just outside of Madison, WI. I'm 28 years old, married for just shy of 3 years (anniversary is June 7!) and the mother of a beautiful 14 month old girl. I'm one of those moms looking to lose post-pregnancy pounds. I find it difficult to get out of the house a lot with my little one, even going to the gym with childcare provided, so exercise has been a challenge. I'm trying to get going though, so Just Dance 2 is going to be my weapon of choice. Any other JD2 players out there? Moms of little ones?
