I went for a walk in our local park for 47 minutes and loved it next time I want to walk/run it.

I've finally worked up the nerve to start the C25K program and have discovered that the track is, indeed, my best friend. Finally, running without knee pain!! Now I intend to do the entire program and enjoy every run.
