Hello!! I joined sparkpeople about a month ago and had been doing a ton of walking, so much that I ended up with a stress fracture in each foot. I didn't want this to set me back so I dug out my Wii, my Wii Fit plus and my Biggest Loser Games. I started with Biggest Loser last night and did the warm up and the yoga. Today I set a calorie goal on Wii Fit Plus, I didn't know you could do that, and in 45 minutes met my 200+ goal. I've been checking out the various games and I'd like to try Zumba and Gold's Dance game.
Hello! I joined SparkPeople in May. I have a Wii Fit Plus, Active Life Explorer, Biggest Loser, and then a bunch of others like Wii Sports Resort and Wii Play - not real exercise games compared to the others.
The ones that make me sweat the most are a toss up between BL and ALE.

I was so excited to get "The Biggest Loser Challenge" at xmas, but have not used it in a few months. I would love to lose five pounds and know it is the lack of exercise that is keeping me from my goal. I'm looking forward to getting back on the band wagon.

Dusted off my Wii a few weeks ago. Still looking for that perfect game to keep me going, but having lots of fun trying a variety. I didn't exercise at all until recently (unless job counts). I think I need something low-impact, but not boring. I have most fitness games already: Fit Fit Plus Active Active 2 Your Shape Jillian Michaels 2009 High School Musical 3: Senior Year Dance (for fun and I like the music)
I'm thinking about getting Walk It Out. Any reviews or suggestions?

I think I have finally found something I can do and enjoy at the same time....I believe I can fly......there is no road i wont be able to travel....felling good right now! Maybe I might be able to kick Jillians butt some day...Stop Laughing! I said maybe!

Hi! I am new to this team. I used my Wii for a couple of years and loved most of the WiiFit games. Two years ago I started training with a personal trainer and stopped using the Wii as much. But the trainer and I had differing views on my fitness goals and I stopped going to him. It was hard to leave him because we had worked together for so long. Now I need to figure out my own fitness routine. I look forward to chatting with everyone!

Hi I am doing the May challenge. My name is Marie. I just got back from a Chicago get together with the Best Life Community. We met Bob Greene, went to the Oprah Show and ran/walked 5k or 10K. Our show will air May 10th! We all got a Schwinn bike and helmet Lots of fun meeting people with the same goals. The show is very dramatic. watch it.
