Well I just started on the 21st of february so I lost 2lbs the first week, then gained 4lbs the second week. But I am geared up and ready to go for this next week. My goals for this next week are: walk outside total of 5 miles, Wii Fit Plus 10 min every day, participate in weekly challenge everyday, post results everyday, log-in and spin wheel every day. Goals I want to continue are tracking food cause I did an awesome job at tracking my first 2 weeks back on sparkpeople. I want to keep that streak going. I really just want to be very active everyday before going to work. Sounds easy, but very hard to do fore me.

A new way to reward myself. Half-way to my first weight loss goal.

I did better in February than I did in January. This first day of March started out with a nice weight loss that I had been working on in February. I intend to exercise more daily in March.
I think it will be a Great Month!

February really picked up the pace! Here comes March, though, home to the anniversary, birthday AND London trip! So, my fitness goals are to finish the Shred, start the SP Swimsuit Challenge and begin training for the Virtual 5K. emoticon

This month, I want to just stick with a workout plan more consistently. I was sick last month and had to take a break 1/2 way through my 28-day challenge and wasn't able to get back into the groove. I am hoping the warmer weather will get me moving outside and keep my spirits lifted, too.

This month I want to:
Add more cardio- at least 10 minutes everyday.
Limit my TV time to under an hour.
Start savings plan for vacation in summer.
Work with Roxie on training plan at least 10 minutes daily.

Now that everyone knows my plans, I feel like I can't let them down (and myself)

Good luck to everyone this month!

February was ok for me. Didn't get to the barn like I wanted to. The weather was awful. Then I was sick and the dog was sick. So March is going to change that. Want to spend more time in that saddle. I never realized how many calories that burns or how many muscles you use. I found out when I rode on Sunday after 2 weeks of not. Yeow, I was having trouble sitting yesterday. I am also going to focus more on my eating this month.

I didn't do that well in February. I did better than January though, so that's something! I am pumped about March though. Nicer weather always brightens my mood!

March is going to be AMAZING. I've already got a plan for success, new calorie ranges, new exercise goals... It's also time to start training for my 5K in May. That should help with swimsuit weather, right? heehee

February is over and March is here which means Spring is around the corner and with that warmer air or so we hope. Reflect on your February goals. What did you do well? What would you like to change in March? Are you getting ready for the summer swimming suit? How are you going to do it?
