Welcome to the team. The yoga is a great way to warm up, cool down and general stretching of muscles. You can manually add the exercises you do with the calories burned and time to fitness tracker. I manually entered Wii Fit Yoga and Muscle poses (add to favourites so I don't have to do it every time) then I put in my time 35 minutes and 141 calories. Though that is warm up only. I do the cool down by selecting each pose and my workout then add the time and calories to my previous numbers. You don't have to do it this way, just how I do it. Have fun playing.

Am new to the team. Have Wii Fitness, still learning how to use it. I created my personal Mii, WOOT! Trying to figure how to get past having to go through the balance test everytime I turn the Wii on. lol
