I plan to focus on: 1. staying in my calorie and carb ranges each day 2. Exercising 4-6 times per week (wii Zumba, Kettlebell training, Leslie Sansone video, wii Fit Plus

My focus is to stay focused... LOL. Seriously, though... I have so much going on in my life right now and I just need to keep focused on myself while still fulfilling my other responsibilities.
The trick is learning how to watch where you're going AND keep your head up.

1)staying away from high calorie treats I did good on my Birthday we had angel food cake with strawberries. I cut my piece half size making it only 60 calories. 2) step up my cardio 3) get my books organized

My focus for February is to get more consistant about working out and tracking my food. Three days in and not doing so well, but I can do it.

I plan on keeping on walking ( I lost almost 5 pounds this month). What I need to do next is a little more toning exercises.
