to the team! This is a great place to find support and motivation; we're here to help each other succeed, so check out the great features, post in the forums, make some friends, and, most of all, have fun!
Welcome to the team! The wii is great when it's really cold/snowy too.

Welcome. There are lots of us here who use our Wiis for most of all of our exercise. I use mine 6 days a week using different games and love it. Pam

Welcome to the team! You are in a great spot to meet lots of others like you. I use my Wii on a regular basis especially in the winter months as I live in snow country. We are so glad that you are here with us!

I am a newbie and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nicole and I am 35 years old. I love my Wii and balance board. This is my only way to exercise because I moved to a very hot country for a couple of months. Outside activities are not really possible. Looking for a friend so we can motivate each other.
