I'm not entirely new to Sparkpeople, but I have only recently begun the exercise portion of my lifestyle change. I don't think I could have done it without the Wii, as it is fun and something I can do in the privacy of my home.
I am quite excited about the workouts, and have been doing them daily since I first bought Fit+ during boxing week sales.
I have since added AE Sports Active and Gold's Cardio boxing to my workout. I'm doing the 30 day challenge in AE Sports, and bought the 'Big Loser' game to do the 12 week challenge afterwords. I find the challenge's provide a good strength training workout.
I'm looking at doing three separate workouts a day to cover the major areas. Those being Cardio, Strength training, and stretching. Over time I'm planning to switch up the games and add new ones to keep my workouts exciting.
