If you have the Wii Fit start there with your DAILY Body test. Same time each day if possible, it doesn't take long. It keeps a graph of your wt. and its fun to watch the changes.
IF you have not bought the Wii Fit yet DON'T buy it, get the Wii FIT PLUS.
Its an updated version of Wii Fit.
Every where I am reading that Biggest Loser is a Winner to buy AND great reviews on Jillians 2010
workout, (not the 2009) it bombed.
The Wii Fit offers a 30 day Challenge. It Allows for Rest days too.
