Do not worry about that Wii Fit age number because it can fluctuate wildly. By the way welcome to the team and I know you will enjoy the Wii fit. I got mine on Father's Day and I have managed to use almost daily. There is so much you can do but still do other forms of exercise to complement the Wii. Getting back to the age thing I have been as young as 24 and as old as 50. I will be 50 this April so I guess that is not bad. My most recent Wii age is 39. Once again have fun!!

So today was my first day for doing Wii Fit i could hardly wait to get home and use it when i finally did i did 30 min and i could have kept going and going if it wasn't so late. I had a blast and i sweat and i LOVED it! I especially love the hula hoop!!! And the running!! I am 27 but my years on my wii fit were 39 Yikes!
