MRSCOYOTE, we had a challenge last week for the Wii Sport and we played every game before the week was over and did fitness tests before and after the challenge, you can look over the threads and see if it might be something you want to try to do or not.
I will do what I can with what I have for Jesus sake Today.

Hey All- I got my Wii Fit hooked up today and I once I did, I didn't get off of it for 40 minutes. I had to tear myself away! I love it. I even did the running. I have never run, or jogged. Well, once I tried to jog, but as I turned the first corner I twisted my ankle and limped for about 3 months. (I didn't go to the doctor because I didn't have insurance at the time. So I don't actually know what the injury was, besides painful.) So, I am saying basically that I am built for comfort, not for speed. But with this Wii Fit, that may change. I'm open to that.
My Wii and Wii Fit will be here next week. My husband sorta went wild when he was looking on E-Bay for a system. He got a BIG bundle of stuff. Enough to keep me, him, the Grandson & neighbors happy playing Wii.
My question is, has anybody tracked calories burned while using the Wii? I got it for weight maintenance as well as exercise program cause I have MS. Because of where we live (in the Mtns), it gets dark early up here, and going to a gym is not feasible (distance). I can walk 1-2 miles after work before it gets dark, but that's about all.
congrats on the step!!! I've had 7 surgeries on one of my knees (the last being a cartiledge implant and bone graft) so I understand about the difficulty in doing the step. I'm doing free step many evenings while watching TV I do up to 40 minutes most nights... now just to remember to record it on here, lol.
Marie Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying.
I just got my Wii and I love it! I am so excited that this group is here. My Wii Fit is on the way and I can't wait to start using it. So far, I am playing the Wii Sports and it is totally fun. So much fun that I have sore muscles in my arms and my legs and my back. I think this video game is real exercise. But it's fun. I look forward to joining in some of the challenges and being a part of this team. Wiiiiiiiiiiii!!!! -Suz
