I have been using the Fit for about a month now, mixing it in with my other exercises (I need constant variety or I get bored and stop :)). My favorites are the yoga, strength training, free step and boxing programs.
I have unlocked almost everything -- there are still some of the challenges on strength training and the advanced levels of some things. I can definitely tell a difference in my balance and endurance since I began.
My husband and I also enjoy the regular Wii boxing and tennis. I really get into them so it definitely becomes a workout!
Just like the butterfly, I too will awaken in my own time.
