I'm new to SparkPeople in the sense that I've read articles and blogs, and messages on the Spark, but have just recently began my exercise and eating healthy journey. Some of you guys are well on your way to fitness and health. I'm inspired by your stories and progress. I walk daily with my dog and have started doing push-ups everyday. On June 8 I will return to the gym at 24 hr Fitness to begin my strength training. I'll also get some aerobic exercise into my workout. I'm eating healthy meals and smaller portions to lose 10 lbs by September. Here I go!
