Yeah, the tools (particularly the nutrition tools) here are handy. I use them to periodically check myself a few weeks at a time to ensure I'm still on the right track. After a while, eating "the right things" becomes second nature, but personally I like doing 1 month spot checks just to make sure.
The exercise tracking tools seem ok, but they aren't to good if you're doing more than cardio and body weight exercises. They are lacking in the ability to really track weight lifting and strength training progression, IMO.
