Enjoy the ease with which it comes off when you're at your highest weight. The more you lose, the harder it gets to peel off those pounds, but as Matt says, stick with your guidelines. Good habits developed now will serve you well when you get to that last twenty hard to lose pounds.
If you want to slow it down a little, stick closer to the top of your calorie range and concentrate more on resistance training to build muscle. Good luck and keep up the great work!
