I am pleased to join this team as I have been eating a mediterrainian/biblical diet for the last few years but no weight loss. My problem was thinking I could do it without adding exercise. I work 55 hours a week and with church and Bible study it's hard to find time to exercise. But that's a weakness that with the Lord's help and support from you all I will be able to change. I know I should do all I can to take care of my body which is the Temple of the Holy Spirit.
