Hey Maceye, I know of it and have done some studying on it. Even though it says it is a Biblical Diet. The only verse it uses in Gen 1:29 it forgets that there are 65 other books and information about what God wants us to eat in them. I would not recommand the Hallelujah Diet as a lifestyle way of eating. But it might have its use as a healing diet for a time, along with prayer and fasting.
I always recommand "What the bible Says About Healthy Living" by Dr. Rex Russell. I was written over 12 years ago but the wisdom in it is as timeless as the Bible because that is were the information comes from.
Nancy OO "My son, give attetion to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your sight; Keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them and health to all their body." Proverbs 4:20-22
