"If you want to do something, you'll find a way, if you don't, you'll find an excuse."
Welcome and thanks for your post. It is so true. I definitely need to make those positive decisions about eating so it becomes a habit. I am able to do it about everything else in my life, now it's time for the food too. I am sure you will like it here on this team and look forward to hearing more about you and more from you.
But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favor wilt thou compass him with a shield.
for sharing. I guess that would be consider strength to do something else instead of doing what you intended on doing.
Something to be thankful for is that you're here to be thankful.
Hi I joined spark last week and I really love it. I read a book called The Greatest Miracle In The would whiten by Og Mandino. It is a wonderful gook that can change your life. Towards the end of the book a character mentions that strength is found in weakness. In my opinion there are two reasons that support that statement. First strength is found in weakness when you turn to God during times of need. The other time strength is found in weakness is when we decide to do something positive, like eating a salad instead of doing something negative like eating a candy bar after a stressful insistent. The more times that you turn away from doing something negative and do something positive instead, that behavior becomes stronger and stronger until it eventually becomes a habit. The more we rely on God the more success you will have in everything that you do. I look forward to meeting people in this team and everything that this team has to offer.
