When I lost weight in 2005 I lost 100 with leslie

We didn't gain our weight over night so we aren't gonna lose it overnight.

Put one foot in front of the other. Keep pushing and we will reach our goals.

If you stick with it, it will pay off. I do deep breathing exercises and I walk with Leslie, makes a big difference. The extra oxygen gives me an energy boost that will motor me through a 3 or 4 mile walk. Enjoy Leslie!

I am really thankful for this feed! I just started the DVDs this week. Doing Leslie it seems so easy and I wonder if it really will pay off in the end. I'm happy to see others just like me who are walking at home and seeing results!!!

So far I have lost 5 pounds.

A few years ago I lost 20 pounds walking at home every night

4.6 lbs since the 14th of May 2013. I do a 2 mile in the AM and 1 mile PM before I go to bed. I am also tracking my calories and staying at or below that each day. I am also learning to include more veggies in my diet.

5lbs as of 1 week ago. I have been doing Leslie's workouts for about 5 weeks now. I have not made any changes to my diet (which isn't terrible to begin with but can still use some work).

I don't consitently use her dvds but I do walk/run alot. I have not lost any weight but I need to get better about my eating habits.

I've lost a total of 177 pounds, 80 or so before gastric bypass and the rest after gastric bypass, but I have to give huge credit to Leslie's DVDs. I've done them from the beginning and still do them about twice a week. I love Leslie's upbeat attitude and even when I'm at the gym, I hear Leslie's voice in my head as motivation.

i havent lost anything..how many times a week do you who have lost use leslie? i mite add im post post post meno and my metab is plus dead plus...ive been watching my diet too..any help? thankx

Fourteen pounds lost walking with Leslie. I am working on losing more using a variety of Leslie dvds. I enjoy her encouraging tone. I've been walking with Leslie since September.

I've been doing Leslie on and off for about 6 months. I've lost almost 10 pounds but I gained 5 of them back due to me. I'm now back doing the dvds and I feel way better. I will say this, over the last six months I would pop Leslie in whenever I wanted to and kept off 5 pounds. That's a lot of weight for me. My goal is to lose 25 pounds in the next year; with Leslie Sansone dvd's I'm on my way.

That is really hard to say. I have been here at SP for 4 years charting my food and doing other sparkie things.
Along with Leslie, I walk outdoors with my dog Lenny.
Leslie is with me on those cold, rainy days as is my treadmill. I have lost 70 lbs. but it is because of clean eating and SparkPeople as well as Leslie.
