If you stick with it, it will pay off. I do deep breathing exercises and I walk with Leslie, makes a big difference. The extra oxygen gives me an energy boost that will motor me through a 3 or 4 mile walk. Enjoy Leslie!

I am really thankful for this feed! I just started the DVDs this week. Doing Leslie it seems so easy and I wonder if it really will pay off in the end. I'm happy to see others just like me who are walking at home and seeing results!!!

4.6 lbs since the 14th of May 2013. I do a 2 mile in the AM and 1 mile PM before I go to bed. I am also tracking my calories and staying at or below that each day. I am also learning to include more veggies in my diet.

I've lost a total of 177 pounds, 80 or so before gastric bypass and the rest after gastric bypass, but I have to give huge credit to Leslie's DVDs. I've done them from the beginning and still do them about twice a week. I love Leslie's upbeat attitude and even when I'm at the gym, I hear Leslie's voice in my head as motivation.

I've been doing Leslie on and off for about 6 months. I've lost almost 10 pounds but I gained 5 of them back due to me. I'm now back doing the dvds and I feel way better. I will say this, over the last six months I would pop Leslie in whenever I wanted to and kept off 5 pounds. That's a lot of weight for me. My goal is to lose 25 pounds in the next year; with Leslie Sansone dvd's I'm on my way.
That is really hard to say. I have been here at SP for 4 years charting my food and doing other sparkie things. Along with Leslie, I walk outdoors with my dog Lenny. Leslie is with me on those cold, rainy days as is my treadmill. I have lost 70 lbs. but it is because of clean eating and SparkPeople as well as Leslie.
