EJeanmarie, Welcome to the team. If I don't do a LS dvd, I go to the gym. I do something everyday. Be prepared for anything but get those exercise min. in anyway you can.

Using WATP will get you off your BP meds if there's no other genetic reason for it. I know if I didn't exercise as regularly as I do, my BP would probably be high. I usually break up into manageable time frames walking with Leslie - and "walking" doesn't really describe how her fast workouts work the entire body. This morning I did 30 minutes. I just got done doing another 15 minutes. I'll probably get another 15 minutes in just before supper. Good luck, Ejeanmarie!

I just joined this team. I just started Sparkpeople and one of my goals is to do one of Leslie's tapes everyday. I want to get healthy and off my blood pressure medicine.
