Using WATP will get you off your BP meds if there's no other genetic reason for it. I know if I didn't exercise as regularly as I do, my BP would probably be high. I usually break up into manageable time frames walking with Leslie - and "walking" doesn't really describe how her fast workouts work the entire body. This morning I did 30 minutes. I just got done doing another 15 minutes. I'll probably get another 15 minutes in just before supper. Good luck, Ejeanmarie!
