One thing that's really helped me to feel lighter is that I don't eat after 8:30ish pm. I sleep better and I'm hungry for a big, healthy breakfast in the morning.

Welcome! There's a lot of support and good ideas here on SparkPeople. Try to read, or at least skim, some articles and blogs every day to help you get inspired and keep your motivation going!

Make a plan and be willing to revise it. Tracking is really important...but tedious! I'm usually good at tracking my exercise but I don't really like to track my food, and I know I make better food choices when I'm tracking everything....so that's something I have to work on!
