I hear ya, Jenny. I've been "starting over" for 27 years now or actually even before that. But better to start over than get even bigger and then have to start over. At least you are aware and I think it's better to be aware and keep trying to focus on the goal then it is to give up.

I'm Jenny, this is my second time starting over in the torturous land of weight loss. At this point I'm back exactly where I started, there couldn't be a better place to start over. I recently re-discovered my love of dance and boxing, I'm also a fan of running and biking. I just have to learn to stick to my workouts, that's my biggest problem, well that and counting calories just suck....
