Hi there from George in the western cape. I feel for you with bipolar and other ailments as well as stress, sadly the added stress of weight wont help you feel better either. I dont know what you're eating right now, but would like to suggest a clean eating program for 7 days to help your liver and then from there you can make a new goal.
It is difficult, but so are health related issues from weight gain....pick your hard. Keep blogging and for me tracking my food is a must because it helps me stay true to what Im doing right now. Its so easy to forgot what I eat if I dont track it. I also plan my days food...it also makes it easier to stay on track.
I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.
