I've made a restart this year too and DETERMINED to KEEP it off from here on.
I recently watched the Dr's on tv and they didnt recommend hi protein diets saying that it messed with the kidneys. They highly recommend variety and small portions of it.
I'm going with that. On my plate for lunch is 1C coleslaw salad, 1C curried bean salad and 155g tin of pilchards.
