Hi. I'm looking for a buddy who wants to focus on improving their relationship with food and eating better as the primary way to lose weight. I'm a young 35-year old with a 5-month old son, and I've been married to my soulmate for just over a year.
I've always struggled with my relationship with food, and I really want to change that so that I can start to feel better about myself - I am so unhappy with my body that it's starting to affect my relationship.
