Welcome to sparks. It is an awesome site esp as its free. If we had to pay for what we get here, we probably wouldnt be able to afford it.
Regarding tracking your local foods, under the SEARCH button, there's something that says ENTER FOODS NOT LISTED. Go there and enter what you want. To find it again, you go to favourites.
That way if you make a health soup, you can count all the calories and then divide it by the amount of cups you have made and enter the amount as 1Cup for next time.

I have tons of SA foods in my favourite. Its much quicker and easier than trying to wade through all the different "fast foods" enterred by our oversees sparkers.

I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

I also have problems using the sparkpeople food tracker, the foods in their data base is different from ours. The link below is very helpful you will find most of the local foods. the link was shared by one of our members. good luck.

Hi Esther,
thanks for the lovely message...i just battle with the calorie tracker...i wana put my own foods in what i eat and then see the calorie total...but i dont know how to do it. If u maybe know, I would appreciate it very much! Thanks.
