I am in Cape Town - I don't bother with the US recipes - I use all fresh produce and where I use local yoghurt etc I enter the package info re nutrients - I think it is far healthier to use clean stuff than all the pre-packed good - but that's just in my humble opinion (IMHO)
You will probably find a few teams where you can link up with parents facing similar challenges to your own.
I quit smoking over 9 years ago and was at gym at the time - and I focussed on not adding weight and not eating as a substitute. Well done with the 5 months and deciding to come onto Spark - you will find support - you just have to find your own niche, participate where you want to and also listen to your own common sense.
