I don't know anything about Slender Wonder - but there are Teams here on Spark that use the HCG systems
What worked for me was pre-Spark and was serious attention to portion control, careful food choices - none of the processed stuff, eating clean, low GI but not too much of it, now I am gluten-free because of intolerances. Also increasing exercise
I think your 60minutes brisk walk daily is an excellent place to start and maybe you could have a look at the Spark videos and see what you fancy for Strength training. You don't have to go to gym - fill some empty cooldrink bottles with water and use them as weights :D Adding 10 or 15 minutes per day of ST to your program could make some significant changes in muscle definition
Also - please - drink at least 8 cups of clear fresh water daily - South Africa has such wonderful tap-water
