Thanks ladies!

Good going so far... I have stuck to my calorie goals for the day (carbs and fat are a-ok, just a bit low on the protein today)....

I play Action Netball twice a week and ended up playing 2.5 games tonight... thats 75mins! emoticon

Hitting the gym tomorrow....

Hi all!

So this is it... time to get fit and lose this additional weight I have "hanging" around! Starting today.... (well, ok... tonight!)

I am 26, live in Johannesburg and have 15kgs to lose. I am 5"2 and currently weigh 69.9kgs (the heaviest I have been in my life!!) and my goal weight is 55kg.

Have a good night and I will check in tomorrow...
