welcome! already some excellent advice, but i would also suggest taking advantage of the fast break program. it is designed to break down your big goals into small manageable goals. this way you can experience some success, which build on itself, and keeps the motivation high. post to your team boards, write a blog, and whatever else you can do to help keep yourself on track and motivated.
Hi and welcome here. Which part of SA do you come from? Sheila has given you really good advice. Take it slowly and develop a pattern that works for yourself. Try to make exercise a part of your life too, whether its small walks or the exercise videos that are on sparks.
