I've not yet met anyone from sparks personally. SA is such a biiiig country, but then on Friday I finally met Ellrina Breedt from Jhb who was in Oudtshoorn on holiday and to attend a spiritual convention, the same one I attended. It was such a surprise to have her come up to me in the break and say "you're Celeste' from sparks aren't you?" Oh wow....I was ecstatic.
I will NOT run emotionally from compliments and hide in fat layers for protection.

Just a quick note to introduce myself. I found out about SP - at the beginning of September. I feel as if my eyes have been opened. Finally a program that factors my lifestyle into place. I am saying hi for two reasons, 1. Just to say hi - and acknowledge each of you and 2. to say that from time to time, i'm gonna need your support. I have only 40kg to lose and I am taking this one day at a time...
