I'm Karen, I have 25lbs to lose, and I am 55years old which does not make it easy! I have exercised 6 times a week since I started my diet two weeks ago, with great results the first week of 3.5lbs off, which of course was mainly water, but still a great result for me. Disappointment this week as the scale hardly moved, and I have watched and wieghed my portions, and resisted every temptation, so boo hoo not a happy soul! I am not going to let it stop me, I am sure it's just a gliche, or maybe the trainer is to blame and "perhaps already?"I have gained a little muscle, who knows, but undeterred, but disappointed, I will carry on and see where I am by Christmas!
