Welcome to the team and SP! Determination and consistency is the key. Don't get despondent and give up if you don't reach your goal in the time frame you've given yourself, just keep going on until you get there. I've been at this for 3 years now. I am not at goal yet, but it is not stopping me. I have to go on for my health sake and for making giving me the certainty that I can finish something I've started no matter how long it takes. I'm not saying you will take forever to lose the weight, just that you should stay strong. There is a lot of help and encouragement here on SP. It is one thing that makes all the difference!

Hi All, I'm new here and really need to talk to someone about my day to day progress. I'm in desperate need of losing 20kg in 5 months. I'm from south africa, happily married with no children. We do want to start trying for a baby know and losing the weight will help alot! I've never been this "big" before and believe me I dont want to get bigger. I'm uncomfortable with myself and need to get back in control of my what's going into my mounth. I'm not very good in doing excercises. I hardly ever get excercise. This will be my last atemp, I've put my head to it and I believe I will stick with it until I reached my goal. It's only going to be 5 months and in the meanwhile I'm addapting to a healthier lifestyle. Well I have to go get the beauty sleep but I wil definetly be back tomorrow.
