Hi, there! Welcome to SP and the team!

Let me see if I can help. ....

If you are on the START page, on the left column down at the bottom you will see MY GOALS. The first link you get is for your weight. Click CHANGE. right at the top you'll see a dropp down box for pounds or kilograms.

That is only for your weight.

When tracking your food, you will see a drop down box with most food items where you can choose grams in stead of oz.

Unfortunitely you cannot track in kilojoules. I use a converter I found on the net.

Hope this helps. Remember to create a sparkpage!

The site is very daunting in the beginning, but once you've scratched around, you will start using it with ease.
All the best on your weight loss efforts!!

Hallo Geoffrey!
Did Spark appoint you to a team that would be called Class of Sept or Aug 2010 or something symilar? The teamleader of that auto team is trained to answer techie questions like that, you could just ask on the team page or go to their personal page and ask. Normally there would be an option or an icon somewhere that reads metric or not. Or else you could just google a measurment converter and quickly check what your measurements are in inches, it is really quick and easy. Sorry but I can't remember exactly how I did it way back when, but these are two ways to sort the problem right out.
Best Wishes on your journey.
