Hi! I have about 3.5kg's to lose to bring my BMI under 25 and I'll take it from there. I'm usually an all or nothing kinda girl when it comes to weight loss, but I am working on changing my attitude. I used to want to weigh what I did at varsity (45.5kgs) which is silly. Now I've lost 0.5kgs in my first two weeks and I figured out how to read my spark mail AND introduce myself!! WHOO-HOO!
