Hello and welcome to the team! It is wise to break your goals up into smaller bits, then it is not so overwhelming. You have found the place that will really help you. Hi everyone! I am 28 years old and I have been fighting up and down with weightloss and gain as long as I can remember. About 4 years ago I was in a far better place as far as eating right and exercising goes - and I was in pretty decent shape - even though at the time I didnt think so. Funny how that happens! So this is the heaviest I have ever been and its time to do something about it for a few reasons...1. I hate how i look in photos - I always used to have defined features and now they look all soft :( 2. I dont want to turn 30 (which is in a year and 2 months) and be the unhealthiest I have ever been 3. My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to the USA in Dec and I want to feel good about myself and more comfortable in my skin and just enjoy my time there.
So thats me - I look forward to getting to know all you wonderful people over this journey. P.S I have set my goal as where I would like to be by Dec... then I will relook :)
