Hi everyone! I am 28 years old and I have been fighting up and down with weightloss and gain as long as I can remember. About 4 years ago I was in a far better place as far as eating right and exercising goes - and I was in pretty decent shape - even though at the time I didnt think so. Funny how that happens!
So this is the heaviest I have ever been and its time to do something about it for a few reasons...1. I hate how i look in photos - I always used to have defined features and now they look all soft :( 2. I dont want to turn 30 (which is in a year and 2 months) and be the unhealthiest I have ever been 3. My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to the USA in Dec and I want to feel good about myself and more comfortable in my skin and just enjoy my time there.
So thats me - I look forward to getting to know all you wonderful people over this journey. P.S I have set my goal as where I would like to be by Dec... then I will relook :)
