Hi Marguerite, have you found your nutrition tracker yet? It is the most important thing you can do to lose weight. If you don't do anything else, do that. It really works.
After you log in with your password, you would automatically open up in the startup page, it has shortcuts to most of the important places on this site. Then go to My Nutrition, and you will see an option for spark's meal plan, or create your own. I like to create my own because we don't have many of the things they put on it in The Lowveld. Then you just follow the options and add everything you eat. If it is not listed you look for something similar. Ask Sheila how to add something from your own recipies, I have not figured it out yet, I just add everything in it separately. If you are super good you can weigh it, or estimate. Then you just need to keep the calories between the margins Spark has for you.
After a days tracking Spark will give you a report about how many cals from carbs, protein etc with tips and feedback.
